Oregon Physicians for Social Responsibility are holding their annual Hiroshima and Nagasaki annual event on August 6th at 6:00pm – 7pm, at the Japanese American

Commemorate the 80th year since Hiroshima and Nagasaki: Check out the Hiroshima Peace Museum exhibit at the Corvallis Museum, July 26-Aug. 10 (closed Mondays and Tuesdays; the museum is always free for OSU students with their ID card). There will also be a commemoration at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 6 at Howland Plaza at First Street and Madison Avenue and a “Family Peace Day” for all ages, 1-3 p.m. Aug. 9 at the Corvallis Museum.

May 24th is International Women’s Day for Peace and Disarmament. Nuclear Abolition Now encourages everyone to visit and learn about feminist-based peace building organizations

On Tuesday, May 6th, 2025 from 4-530 pm, Oregon State University’s Dr. Jacob Hamblin will be speaking at the University of Oregon, Lillis Hall 112.

The screening of the documentary “Demon Mineral” about uranium mining on the Navajo Nation, will be shown at at Kaku-Ixt Mana Ina Haws (previously called the Native American
